Yes. All all-inclusive packages include unlimited access to the open bar, featuring both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as snacks throughout the day.
- Check-in: Between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM on arrival day
- Check-out: Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM on departure day
Guests are welcome to continue enjoying the resort facilities until 3:00 PM on the day of departure, with breakfast and lunch included.
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
- 60 days or more before departure: deposit forfeited
- 31–59 days before departure: 50% of total cost
- 15–30 days before departure: 70% of total cost
- 0–14 days before departure: 100% of total cost
- No-show on arrival date: 100% of total cost

- By Air: Fly to Changchun Longjia International Airport (CGQ), followed by an approximately 2.5-hour drive. Airport transfers can be arranged.
- By Train: Take a high-speed train to Jilin City, then transfer via a 1.5-hour drive.
- By Car / Taxi: Private transfers or taxis are available for direct access.
